Service levels in some areas of the country have been more impacted due to the sudden and unexpected resource shortfalls, coupled with the lack of backup experienced agency cover due to Covid.

Services will be re-instated on the evening of Thursday 23rd December for new bookings, these will then be collected from Wednesday 29th December onwards
